This week has been crazy. Going backwards:

4 handstand pushups
8 KB swings (Rx-2 pood) all we had was 1.5
12 GHD

I did it one time and got through 4r, and 7 GHD
I didn't feel like I worked as hard as I could so I wanted
to do it again so I did and got through 6r, and 4 KB swings
